Though there are no known active caving clubs in Malaysia, there are groups that organise caving activities. These include:
- Malaysian Karst Society (MKS): A non-profit, non-government organisation, the society is formed to conserve karst outcrops in Malaysia. MKS regularly organises trekking, climbing, caving and other karst-related activities to generate interest and awareness in karst.

- Malaysian Nature Society (MNS): MNS is also a non-profit, non-government organisation. It has been contributing towards the protection of Malaysia’s natural heritage since 1940. It has embarked on many activities to protect many key habitats as well as national and state parks in Malaysia. Members of MNS consist of several specialty groups, including the Caving Group which explores caves in Malaysia. Their activities include Basic Caving Course, Cave Explorations and Caving Courses for School Children.
